Ruler Play Feathers Project 14” X 37” Table Runner Designed by Paula Reid
Table runners are an easy and effective way to dress up an ordinary table and they come in a wide variety of sizes, materials and colors. This fun project by Paula Reid is the perfect accent piece to your dining room that you can create yourself and decorate with Westalee Design ruler work.
The project includes the use of a Feather Template and a Feather Spine. The detailed instructions will teach you how to Quilt Feathers on a curved Spine and incorporate grid lines to fill the quilt in. With the Feather templates and the Spine templates you can create a wide variety of stitching patterns. Wavy borders, straight borders and everything in between.
The best part of this project is that you can get it for free! All you need to do is buy your very own Feather Set or Feather Spine from your local dealer (visit our Find a Retailer page to find one near you). If you’ve already made your purchase, and are still interested in a copy of this pattern, just email info@sewsteady.com and we’ll be happy to assist you in obtaining a copy.

Ilove this.
Great Feather quilting and lovely table runner.
This demonstration was so helpful in knowing where to place the template, and how to change the sizes of feathers. You make it seam so easy, but I know I will be practicing for a bit.
Do you ever go back and echo the feathers? Love your templates!!
The Feather design is something I would like to try,I also love to make this table runner with these colors
