Learn to use the Westalee Design Spin-e-fex Feather 3-4 Template!
This Template was inspired by the Westalee Design Spin-e-fex Feather Template series, and was a compact solution to bring multiple sizes of rotating feather design to our Spring Elevate Box Club. This Template introduces 2 new sizes of Spin-e-fex Feather design, plus a leaf design.
How does it work?
Easy! The feather designs on this Template are designed to work just like the original Westalee Design Spin-e-fex Feather Template series that you might be familiar with. There are 2 methods to quilt these designs:
Method 1:
- Stitch from the center to reference point A, which is etched into the Template
- Backtrack from reference point A to reference point B, which is also etched into the Template
- Rotate the Template and stitch from reference point A to the center
Method 2:
- Stitch from reference point A to the center
- Backtrack from center to reference point B
- Rotate the Template and stitch from reference point A to the center
