One Year Limited Warranty

Dream World Northwest warrants our Sew Steady Tables and Inserts, to the original purchaser, for one year from purchase date to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This does not include cracks, scratches or dents due to dropping, bumping, banging, stepping on, or normal use. If harsh non-approved cleaning agents are used on acrylic warranty is void. Removing or over tightening screws and nuts from Sew Steady Table or Insert top voids warranty. Defective product may be sent (freight prepaid) to service department, Dream World Northwest, P.O. Box 10585, Eugene, OR 97440 for evaluation of free repair or replacement at our option. Your remedy does not include: cost of inconvenience, damage due to product failure, transportation damages, misuse, abuse, accident or the like, or commercial use. In no event shall Dream World Northwest be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

 

Return Policy

Must have original dated receipt. Only unused Sew Steady accessories (excludes Tables and Inserts) and Westalee Design tools ordered directly from Dream World Northwest within the last 90 days of receipt will be accepted without preauthorization.  Please call in advance for a return authorization on Tables and Inserts. All products must arrive in good condition without scratches or cracks, and must include the original packaging including all hardware and parts. All shipping charges to be covered by the customer. Sew Steady Tables and Cabinet Inserts are custom made to order products, and will generally not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed upon receipt of product. Damaged items must be reported and have picture proof submitted within 15 business days of delivery date for no charge replacements. Damaged items will generally not be returned.
