A little about Debbie:

I lived in Reedsport, OR for 60+ years then in June 2021 we sold our house and moved to Springfield, OR to be near our kids. I have my Quilt in a Day Certified Teacher and I have taught and demonstrated Accuquilt products. I have had Westalee Teacher Training from Leonie and Her Husband In Portland in May 2018.

I have been teaching Quilting and Accuquilt for Approximately 10 years and  Westalee Ruler Work since 2018  at the Electric Hospital Sew and Vac in Coos Bay.

I started quilting part time again while still working in 2008. I retired 2018 which made it possible for me to quilt full time and teach. I started using Westalee Templates in approx. 2017.   When COVID hit we had a couple of years with no classes.  I enjoy working with people enabling them to have a hands on class using the templates and I still travel to Coos Bay to teach Quilting and Ruler Work.

I always promote Sew Steady and their products whenever discussing or teaching Quilting or Ruler Work regarding their products and excellent Customer Service. I have completed Several University Classes and also the Starry Nights Quilt Class. With the TempLee Quilt Technique.  I never teach a class unless I have made the project Or samples I am teaching as I am a visual person and have found that something seeing a project in person helps with learning new procedures and techniques.
